Amazon’s really trying to drum up interest in their new ‘give a gift‘ feature! This time, they’re giving away $2 in MP3 downloads as long as you use it to give a gift! (I wish they’d do this for their Kindle books too)

Instructions:

• Go to the Get $2 in MP3 Downloads page. Click the button that says ‘Enter Code’ and enter the code GIVEMP3S. $2 will be added immediately to your account.
• Browse for music at the Amazon MP3 Store OR I suggest that you go straight to the Over 1,000 Albums for $5 Each page where Amazon has posted a ton of MP3 albums for the low price of $5.00. The Amazon editors also have made an MP3 Gift suggestion page for your convenience.
• Note that this promotion is only valid from December 23, 2010 until December 26, 2010 11:59 PM PST. You must redeem before the deadline.
