Tune In Tuesday – This Tuesday’s Tune is Coldplay’s “Paradise”

Well, it’s time for “Tune In Tuesday” via the GReads Blog!

This Tuesday’s tune for me is Coldplay’s just released new single “Paradise” (Amazon/iTunes) which is off their new album “Mylo Xyloto” (now available for pre-order via iTunes or Amazon)

I’ve been a huge fan of Coldplay since the first time I heard their song “Clocks”, and I’ve gotten each album they’ve released since. So I’ve been really excited about this new album – I basically hit “buy” on “Paradise” from the moment I heard that absolutely gorgeous opening instrumental opening (which kind of reminded me of One Republic’s ‘Apologize’)! Have a listen and see if you agree with me that it’s kinda perfect for fall 🙂

I’m a Coldplay girl, through & through. It’s their music that made me realize how much I adore bands & what they can do to you. I started listening to them way back when “Yellow” first popped up on the scene. Since then I’ve seen them 3 times in concert. The first show was back in 2003, standing room only venue and it was AMAZING. Probably one of the best nights of my life. You can’t experience Coldplay that way today.. they’re just too huge. I am so, so eager for this new album!

You can never go wrong with some Coldplay. Excellent choice.
