New Apps for the Kindle – Bubble Pop and Word Defense
Here’s more new apps for the Kindle !
‘Bubble Pop (A Matching Game for Kindle)‘ by Mobigloo is available on the Amazon Kindle site for $1.99! Just click here to download!
Game Description
Bubble Pop is a fun and challenging matching game for Kindle.
The rules of Bubble Pop are simple: select any adjacent bubble of the same type to pop them. The more bubbles you pop, the more points you earn. The game ends when there are no more bubbles of the same type adjacent to each other.
The game comes with two modes, a classic mode where bubbles keep on filling up the empty spaces and a puzzle mode where you carefully need to plan each move.
If you cannot find a match, use the Hint feature to show you the next move. The game keeps track of your ten best scores for both Classic and Puzzle modes.

Introducing ‘Indie Saturday’ – Calling On Indie / Self Published Authors!
Hi all! We’re starting a new feature on the blog – the ‘Indie Saturday‘ – where we’ll have an *indie author guest post each Saturday and introduce their books to us! We really enjoy reading authors’ notes (foreword/afterword) on their books and the regular authors’ posts on the Kindle Editors’ Blog, so we thought we’d give a venue for *indie authors to do so on RandomizeME.
To make it interesting, we’ll make sure that each month, the books will generally fall under the same theme. To start things of for what’s left of December, we wanted books that help celebrate the spirit of Christmas!
December is a bit of an experiment to see how things go, but we already have two authors lined up! If you’re an *indie author who might have an appropriately Christmas-y book, hit us up since there’s one open Saturday left! (Please note that we’ll give priority to books that already have reviews we can check out first)
And here’s the planned themes for the first quarter of 2012 (please get in touch with us if you are interested):
- January – Coming of Age stories (4 saturdays)
- February – Romance, duh (preferably light and humorous in tone, i.e. chicklit) (4 saturdays)
- March – Historical Fiction (5 saturdays)
* our definition of an indie author = self published (incl those with backlist or out-out-print books or those aligned with a small publisher)
