ETA2: Here’s backstage video with a little bit of Adam

ETA: The full episode is up for viewing on NBC with Adam’s performance starting at the 38:17 mark! (here’s links for HQ rips MP3 and iPhone-compatible MP4 of the performance from @terra_zephead since NBC is hard at work taking down all the YT vids)

Wow, I’m speechless and so stoked right now! Adam Lambert knocked it out the park / nailed it / sang his face off etc. etc. during his debut TV performance of his new single “Better Than I Know Myself” on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno! If you haven’t yet, get the new song off iTunes or Amazon! (Here’s an MP3 rip of the audio!)

Accompanying Adam was his semi-new backing band with new musical director Kevin Hastings, new bass player Ashley Dzerigian and the ‘oldies’ Isaac Carpenter (drummer) plus Tommy Joe Ratliff (moving up to lead guitar). Ah, so excited for the new promo coming up ahead!

Check out some pics of his gorgeousness from the performance via NBC! (also on AdamPictures.Com!) He’s aging backwards! Looks so much younger and thinner compared to his American Idol days, agree?

P.S. For those with eagle eyes (or HD), notice that Adam has a matching OOFTA tattoo on his hand (to his BF Sauli)
