(American Idol Top 3) Adam Lambert Performs Never Close Our Eyes! #AdamOnIdol
popout: Never Close Our Eyes
About the AI Top 3 eliminations, I’m just glad that Jessica Sanchez is in the finals. I was hoping for a Jessica-Joshua finals actually. I’m sure that Philip is a nice guy, but it’s about time for a winner who’s not a WGWG, right? Whatever, I only tuned in for one AI alum tonight for his performance of his latest single ‘Never Close Our Eyes‘ (and got the pimp spot, lol!)
Vocally flawless as usual (even though he had to fight off his overloud backup singers at the start), Adam Lambert was looking fabulously stylish too (who else can can carry off that Neon look?) and was just dripping with stage presence + star power tonight! Such a born entertainer 🙂 Loved those extra vocal flourishes he tacked on at the end. It’s why he’s such a treat to watch live – each performance always has some unique touches – like each one is a special snowflake 🙂
Miss Adam so much on the teevee, why isn’t he lined up to sing at more shows, damnit?!
The Daily Hits Rumor Mill taps him for the edge at #1 for the Top 10 chart next week, hope so!!! That would make him the first out and proud pop star to sell at #1… Let’s get Adam to #1! Grab a copy of ‘Trespassing’ on iTunes and/or Amazon!
FYI, I’ve updated the embedded video with the HD Vid from the American Idol Official YouTube account!

‘5 Questions’ with Catherine Green!
Today I’m thrilled to welcome indie author Catherine Green to the blog as part of the ‘5 Questions’ with authors series!
If you are an author who would like to participate in the series, fill out the questionnaire here! And if you are a reader who wants to suggest an author for the series, just send me an email!
Describe your book ‘Love Hurts (The Redcliffe Pack)‘ in ten words or less
Love Hurts is an adult paranormal romance novel set in Cornwall, England.
Where or how did you come up with the idea for your story?
It came to me originally when I was seventeen, and I mulled it over for ten years as it grew and changed in my mind. Then I wrote it down.
Which of your characters is closest to your heart and why?
It has to be the heroine Jessica Stone. She is basically a taller, sexier version of me, perhaps in an alternate life…
Do you have a day job? If yes, tell us about it and how did that affect your writing / publishing process?
Yes I suppose so. I am a housewife with a toddler, and I also work as a professional Tarot reader. It hindered my writing a little, but not much because I do most of it at night when the baby is in bed.
Tell us about an upcoming book or project you’re excited about
‘Love Kills‘ is the sequel in my developing Redcliffe series. It is even more action-packed than ‘Love Hurts,’ because Jessica Stone has several revelations about herself to deal with. She also battles with an old, jealous vampire who wants her lover, Jack Mason, back.
Bonus Question! Fill in the blank: If you like ___, you’ll probably like my book too!
If you like the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) novels by Charlaine Harris, you will love my Redcliffe stories. They offer paranormal romance from the UK, by a British author.
Thanks again for stopping by, Catherine! You can learn more about Catherine at her website (www.catherine-green.co.uk), Facebook: Catherine Green Author and Twitter: @SpookyMrsGreen.
Love Hurts (The Redcliffe Pack) is available on Amazon in Kindle or Paperback formats. You may also visit Catherine’s Amazon Author’s page to check out her other books!
