So, every year, Costco makes an annual cookbook wherein they ask their suppliers and celebrity chefs to contribute recipes.

This year, you can pick up a copy at your local Costco Store starting this Black Friday.

In the meantime, Costco has made several cookbooks from their selection FREE for download. You can choose to read the cookbooks on line, but why do that when you can download it as a PDF?
