Oh, what a good interview - no Gay talk at all - just Adam talk. Jay was really so supportive and said basically what I’ve been thinking about ABCs OTT reaction. You go Jay! I hope that Adam gets invited back again sometime - he’s such an interesting interviewee & just plays off the host so well. Loved how Adam’s family was brought into it - he talked so glowingly about his brother Neil - you could see how proud he was of his lil bro. An interview that has mama and papa lambert talk in it is always good in my book too! Plus, Jay actually made Adam blush with the ‘plucking’ thing - lol

And of course, Adam’s ‘Whataya Want From Me’ is another really good live performance from him. I’ve watched so many live performances and it’s really cool how he interpretes it differently each time. This one had a ‘Mad World’ vibe for me, and he sounded just perfect. Just amazing vocals each time. Hope he sells a few more CDs from tonight!

Starbucks Adam!

Did you guys see HDD’s sales prediction for him this week? 62,623 in sales at +37%? I am so stoked with those sales figures, especially with Whataya Want From Me climbing the charts (#34 on Mediabase!) too.

Oh, I’m going to miss Adam on teevee. I sure hope Jimmy Kimmel does reschedule next year, and can we still hope that Oprah will have him on? Oh well… Here are some AP images to tide us over in the meantime (after you’ve re-watched the Leno interview and performance n number of times..)
